This letter is to confirm and commend the good service you and your associate,
Robert Taylor, provided to Evergreen Presbyterian Church in the purchase of our
new building in May of 2016. Robert represented us as the buyer’s agent and you
represented the seller.

It may be a little unusual in a real estate purchase transaction for both the buyer’s
agent and the seller’s agent to work for the same company, but at least in our case
we feel it worked to our advantage. We were several weeks into our property search
when Robert informed us the 1567 Overton Park Avenue property had just come on
the market, and that quick knowledge allowed us to view the property ahead of
anyone else. And as it turned out to be a fairly complex deal, with repairs to be
negotiated and financing arrangements to be discussed and decided upon, having
both agents at the same company facilitated communication and timeliness.
I’m guessing that dealing with a church and its committee structure on a large
property purchase is not the easiest thing, but you and Robert were both patient,
helpful and very responsive in guiding us through the process. And as we are now
approaching two years in our new home, we have no regrets over our decision and
are thoroughly enjoying the blessings of our “rebirth.”
