After opening in 2008, the ever popular Republic Coffee has closed its’ doors. The owners have decided to back their bags and head to Sunny California. What has become an area “landmark” is now available for Lease or Sale. Robert Taylor and Herbert Cochrane of RASBERRY CRE are representing the owners. According to the brokers, “the phone is ringing off the hook with inquiries.”
